What is the "Uunguu Experience"?
Wunambal Gaambera people wish all our visitors an enjoyable Uunguu Experience, sharing and learning about our unique culture, natural wonders and landscapes.
A focus for WGAC over the next three years is development of a Managed Site at a suitable Visitor Location on the Uunguu Coast. A Managed Site will be manned by our Uunguu Rangers and Traditional Owners who will provide a guided Uunguu Experience as well as look after surrounding Country.
We seek to provide all visitors with authentic information, the opportunity to meet a Wunambal Gaambera person – an Uunguu Ranger, tour guide or Traditional Owner – and to leave our country feeling enriched.
